The Made with heart campaign was developed to help retailers promote the Forest Stewardship Council's “small community label option” (SCLO), available for a selection of certified products. The concept embraces the ideas central to the SCLO by combining notions of craftsmanship and care, putting the product at the heart of the campaign,- supporting the livelihoods of small communities, alongside the overarching FSC's commitments to support sustainably managed forests.
The campaign’s look and feel needed to align with FSC’s existing visual style. Building on the familiar FSC tree-tick logo mark, we developed a graphic system to provide assets and solutions for the initiative's members. We produced a badge adaptable to various producers' locations, some customisable labels highlighting key product information and specifications, and infographics explaining the production process. To ensure effective use of these materials, we also delivered a marketing toolkit to guide teams on asset utilisation. In addition to these printed materials for in-store use, we created a series of animated web banners to enhance campaign awareness.
